Cholesterol needs help!

Ok guys so my cholesterol is all over the place & I need some assistance on getting in the normal range. My Dr knows I'm on and is willing to help me. We are going to do another blood test in 3-4 months after I've been off for 8 weeks to see if they go back in normal. I want to correct problem as much as I can now to avoid being put on meds.
My levels are
Total 272
HDL 21
LDL 225
Trig 131

Everything else came back in normal range. Igf was a little low at 6. Last tiime I was tested it was in the 400s from gh use. Been off gh for 6 months and not going back on (personal choice) Maybe try some igf lr3?

Supps I'm running 9 weeks in
Test e 750mgs/wk
NPP 400mgs/wk
Eq 500mgs/wk

Vitamins
Vitaminshoppe mens multi
5000 iu vitamins d3
2g vitamin c complex
50mg zinc
Coral calcium (recommend dose on bottle)
Milk thistle
5g fiber (when I remember)

My diet is very clean. I pretty much eat lean meats and add healthy fats to all my meals and eat carbs around my workout.
I'm currently 225lbs hovering 10-11% bodyfat. I lift 4 days per week and do 15-20 min of cardio 3-4 days a week

So any advise would help! I was gonna order Species Omegalyze to start and start doing fasyed cardio maybe once or twice a week. Maybe niacin?

Maybe I did do a search and all I've seen is fish oil and cardio...

I'm asking for advice not criticism. I've seen Shelby post something b4 that was for informative but I can't find it. That was the first thing I looked for. & I don't remeber if I saw it on here or someplace else.
 
you pretty much listed anything that helps in your post yourself (except supps of which im not really sure if they can really make as much of an impact as food choices and cardio)...

but LDL 10x as high as HDL... thats quite a number. ouch.

Omegalyze is overpriced and underdosed. Get liquid carlsons or Now or Jarrow higher dosed epa/dha caps. Take 3g of epa/dha total.

Citrus bergamot

Cardio

Avocado daily

Unroasted, unsalted almonds 1/3 cup

Coconut oil

Grass fed beef

Free range or pastured whole eggs

Perhaps red palm oil..perhaps curcumin....

Knight made great suggestions. IMHO another one is to understand how cholesterol works so you know what you're trying to do. I would highly suggest reading this.

I will tell you what I did, brought my cholesterol to normal range in 6 weeks!!
Doctor was baffled, he wanted me to go on Crestor, but I refused.

This is just happened last month.

My cholesterol was pretty bad, HDL almost non existant, LDL high, etc....

I ate Oatmeal first thing in the morning every morning
Fish Oil 1200mg in the am and same in the pm
Cardio 25 minutes every morning
about 10 tbs of extra virgin olive oil every day

I also took: Advanced Cycle support from Ironmag labs, even though I was not on a cycle, the ingredients are perfect.

I cut out lots of sugar, used to eat lots of Kit Kats and Resse butter cups. Cut all that out.

Six weeks after all back to normal!!
 
Carlsons liquid fish oil helped me with cholesterol issues. I am sold on the quality because i added 10-12 grams of it daily to my regimen and changed nothing else and it fixed my cholesterol problems.
My bloodwork after 3 months of using that product showed my extremely high LDL level to be in the normal range and it really fixed my HDL up to 45 from 20 before using the product. That was accomplished using the liquid form of oil not the capsules.

BIG BIG believer in all the above, specifically what it highlighted.

These 4 have made a massive difference in my lipids, both on and or off gear.
 
Thanks for all the feed back! I'm gonna start adding the avocado, more olive oil, fish oils and some of the stuff I alread do. The biggest thing is im going to add 2 fasted cardio sessions and bump all my regular cardio to 30 minutes. Then taper off and get blood work done again in 12 weeks

Don't sleep on Citrus Bergamot. Look into it.
