Ok guys so my cholesterol is all over the place & I need some assistance on getting in the normal range. My Dr knows I'm on and is willing to help me. We are going to do another blood test in 3-4 months after I've been off for 8 weeks to see if they go back in normal. I want to correct problem as much as I can now to avoid being put on meds.
My levels are
Total 272
HDL 21
LDL 225
Trig 131
Everything else came back in normal range. Igf was a little low at 6. Last tiime I was tested it was in the 400s from gh use. Been off gh for 6 months and not going back on (personal choice) Maybe try some igf lr3?
Supps I'm running 9 weeks in
Test e 750mgs/wk
NPP 400mgs/wk
Eq 500mgs/wk
Vitamins
Vitaminshoppe mens multi
5000 iu vitamins d3
2g vitamin c complex
50mg zinc
Coral calcium (recommend dose on bottle)
Milk thistle
5g fiber (when I remember)
My diet is very clean. I pretty much eat lean meats and add healthy fats to all my meals and eat carbs around my workout.
I'm currently 225lbs hovering 10-11% bodyfat. I lift 4 days per week and do 15-20 min of cardio 3-4 days a week
So any advise would help! I was gonna order Species Omegalyze to start and start doing fasyed cardio maybe once or twice a week. Maybe niacin?
