I will start the coconut oil right away. Plan on having some red wine every night and eating more almonds. With phil's diet i will wait to see in a few monts what my cholesterol is at.

Just don't take in MCT's with sugars (i.e. fruit). MCT' will cause a rise in FFA in the blood, so you don't want elevated glucose simultaneously.

Taking niacin for prolonged periods of time can have a negative impact on nerve health and on your liver.

The RYR is not a good idea.

The garlic probably won't do much for your cholesterol

Ubiquinol isn't a bad idea
B-12 is good
Fish oil is good

Calcium supplementation is not a great idea unless deficient. The problems that often lead people to believe they're low on calcium usually isn't low calcium, it's misuse of calcium. Excess calcium supplementation can make this worse. For bbers it's not so much an issue with calcium, but with high protein diets, we can sometimes deplete alkaline minerals. Sea salt is great for this. Many bbers are afraid of sodium.
