^^^^ thanks bro. Cheapest ive seen it is for $21 a bottle from labrada which lasts about 3weeks if you take 3 per day. U know any better deals? Thanks
Cholesterol and statin drugs equal big scam!! Good and bad bunch of BS. Now, these are MY OPINIONS BUT I have done literally hundreds of hours of research on the subject. Just type in cholesterol and scam in google and you make your own decisions. I have been eating whole eggs and meat for years. I have never believed that high cholesterol is directly related to blocked arteries, it's more a symptom.
BTW, exercise DOES NOT prevent blocked arteries, but it will help with surrouding blood flow possibly increasing your chance of survival during a heart attack.
Magnum I know you don't know me from Adam - but I am 95% in agreement with you on all accounts. I have also spent many many hours studying cholesterol, saturated fat, oils, etc...and there is just so much pure garbage out there it is ridiculous.
Here is a link you might like www.thincs.org (the international network of cholesterol skeptics) have a looksie at some of the videos and research..
Also - whole eggs being bad - what a joke. You're liver will make more cholesterol when you eat less, and make less when you eat more. It is a parent molecule to many sex hormones...i love free range eggs in which the chickens had access to flax seeds or kelp - loaded with DHA...
Meat - well here is where i disagree a bit. If you only knew some of the things they feed cows prior to slaughter, that go into your body (and get stored into your fat cells) you would cringe. I am a HUGE fan of grass-fed beef. I am perfecting a diet where people are getting lean as they would get on fish with it in fact. Grass fed beef is loaded with CLA, and the version from food works way better than the version you buy at the supplement store..
I have many other thoughts on saturated fats too - and how they are supposed to be bad for you, when you look at something like coconut oil that is probably the best and most stable oil to cook in...while everybody continues to fry polyunsatrued fats like safflower oil on high eat, turning them into trans fats or at minimum free radicals...
I'll get off my soap box now..

Hey John, I agree with you on all points, even the meat. I have been eating free range eggs for a long time now and I have almost cut out all non grass fed meat but not all the way yet. There is a TON of info out there. Thanks for the site. I am sure I will be spending hours reading now because of you.
Here are some links for your enjoyment!
