For triceps im doing smythe close grip prs (RP 12-15 reps) smythe reverse grip prs (RP 12-15 reps) and Cable overhead tricep exten. (RP 15-20 reps)... There all done DC style workouts...I also have been doing an extra set of triceps after my main set doing some pushdowns to get an pump...Done slow, holding at the bottom for a second or so...
I havnt done benches for a long long time...For back it has been lots of bent rows, rack deads, t-bar rows, for thickness and for width I have been doing front pulldowns, chins and hammer pullovers....
Yeah, Phil...I do agree im somewhat depleted in these pics, now that I look at them again...I only had one meal in by the time I trained...I normally have a few in by the time I traine...Plus, I went on a long walk in the morning (about 35 mins) so that might have done it to...
