A few pics taken just this past weekend...Im getting ready for the midwest Ironman on December 9th in Chicago....Im around 235 or so in weight...

Feeling pretty good about this show...Trying to come in ripped as possiable...These are 8 weeks out pics...Wish me luck !!!

Chris - are you working with Justin again? If not, be careful about overdieting at this point. Make sure you stay full a lot of the time to avoid catabolism. You're pretty darn lean for 8 weeks out, so you can give yourself some leeway.

berserker- Hey bro, no im not working with Justin this time...I just wanted to see if I could pull it off on my own this time...I learned so much from him, and I just wanted to see if everything that I have learned from 2wide, Palumbo, and Justin...Will work if I do it on my own...Yes, im trying to stay fuller, and eating more right now...Just really started the pre-contest diet this week (at 8 weeks out) the past 4 was a mini- offseason...Just staying full and getting back what I lost in my last diet...

thanks promuscle crew...I will try to do my best and make everyone proud...I think im going to try to come in tighter for this show, but keep my bodyweight the same as before...I hope anyway...
