hey PM,
just doing a quick update for you guys/gals...Most of you know I decided to take the full year off, to make improvments and try to get my size up. I normally stay around 250lbs in the offseason, so I only have to diet down about 25lbs or so...This year, Ive really made the choice to just put on as much mass as possiable in the hope's to become a superheavy. Im up to around 275lbs now, and the goal before the end of the year is about 280-285lbs. I would like to be competing around 235-240lbs or so..The plan for next year is my state show to get my NQ, then master nationals...
here is a quick video of me training, with some posing at the end...there are other video's to as I have been doing more video training stuff for fun...
