Ok guys, here is my offical picture log for Jr.Nationals. These would be my 16 week out pics. Im sitting right around at 242lbs or so...Friday morning, I was 240lbs before any carb up. I tried to get in around 600-700 grams of carbs, and I think I was close, be even so, I was kinda flat, I guess a little bit. Mike Ross, pulled some more fats out of my diet this past week, and I really leaned up alot. But, he added in MCT powder to my first four meals, and I can honestly say, that it harded me up each day I was on the MCT powder. I really seen a big difference from Tues to Fri, as each day I looked dryer and dryer. By friday evenings workout, I looked pretty sick, just flat...anyway, here are the pics....
