Yup all good info and everything I was told in the past by my ART Dr. and he used the scraping technique on my elbows as well and worked.

without aas gh 3iu and t3-10mgcs/t4-50mcgs cured mine had it 6 months too. Gh by itself was usless i added in the thyroid mix and it slowly started to heal up and go away!!!!

I did my second art treatment this morning I like it the chiro I got is a chick and she is awesome treats alot of athletes and has an athletic backround herself so I think that helps. I feel alot better already I will definatly keep goin.

Funny story since day one we kind of hit it of personality wise joking around and just being natural well today she has me doing this stretch where she is pressing on my glute and having me stretch my leg up to my chest from the side. Well she says sometimes guys have these spots in there ass im thinking what the hell is she trying to tell me I have spots on my ass she is very perceptive too so Im like HUH? She says well spots where you inject things for whatever reason LOL If I hit one of them spots let me know. I didnt know what to say

How long did you run the GH on its own? Apparently it takes quite some time for it to work.

2 years no it was the thyroid must turn over protien alot faster..

For me, running thyroid just isn't gonna happen unless medically needed. Bad stuff can happen from too much thyroid hormone and I am too much of a worrying person to try that.

I am going to give the ART a try when I can find someone to do it around here.

i was talking about 12.5-25mcgs just enough to increase protien sythisies without sides.'
