So I have been having symptoms and went and got bloodwork at the Gastro and they are saying I have Crohns and they want to do a colonoscopy and EGD now. The thing is it is difficult to get big when you are shitting and throwing up all the time. Every couple weeks I get a flare up and lose 15lbs. Concern now though is if they put me on meds side effects. But it is frustrating as cant train when I cant eat. But also dont like idea of weird side effects. Like maybe just adjusat diet and continue to deal with it as best I can vs going back to the Dr? Does anyone else have a crohns diagnosis?

Lowest GI stress you can get away with. Higher fat, moderate carb worked well for me. I'm more or less asymptomatic just being cognizant of what I eat, how much and how often.

Yep I've got it also.try test dose emetics protocol helps no end.good clean diet high in healthy fats as usmuscle said.little stress as possible.def stay away from most mainstream treatments and drugs apart from prednisolone when flare up.alternative treatments have helped me also.HGH if can afford also glutamine ,digestive enzymes and prebiotics.emetics supplement if can afford it ( I can't afford it or the HGH but think Mk is helping at moment) you will work it out I imagine.good luck and don't listen to those who say diet is nothing to do with it!
