If u do 20mg u wouldn't do it daily I think thats overkill cialis has a long active life something like 3 days so I would do 20mg 2 or 3x a week

Anyone using Cialis at low dose on training days. What’s your thought?
Thinking about giving it a try in the morning. I usually get a fat headache taking a normal dose.
I keep seeing guys on tik toc talking about benefits of daily dosing.

I started taking Cialis at 10mg ed 6 years ago.
The purpose was to reduce BP, and at start it worked since i was on low doses than now.
Even if i started using Telmisartan, I kept using it because of the nice pump in the gym, in the end it's a cheap supplement with lots of healthy effects so why not taking it...

I'm gonna try it out at 5mg/day. I get 20mg pills for ~1.3 usd each pill delivered from Chinese pharmacy and just cut em up with a scissors. It's generic Chinese brand but this is a regular OTC pharmacy since it's no prescription required OTC here. Thanks for sharing your experiences, guys.

Don't get me wrong. I'll be the first to admit what a pussy I am when it comes to injections. I used to fill the entire barrel just so I could do all 2 or 3 compounds in one shot. Usually 3 days per week. The insulin pins don't bother me though but those are water-based. Plus there's kids in the house so it all has to be locked away safe. It's a whole production. Total pain in the ass.


Regarding Cialis, I love the stuff. We old men gotta take BP meds. Add cialis and it can really drop your blood pressure. But as a vasodilator, it gets some nice vascularity going during training. Especially high volume pumps. Also, most of you have seen my wife, she's 10 years younger than me and a 112lb little hottie. Even after two kids. Eats like shit but her belly is tight as a drum. We wear each other out. Even after all these years. Cialis definitely keeps things hard as rock which is NICE! You could use that thing as a towel rack! But I don't need Cialis to hit that.

I believe it is 36 hours. And at that dosage it is not recommended that you take it daily like you said.

Viagra has a very short half-life. It is used for pulmonary hypertension and in that setting is dosed 3x/day. Half-life is like 4 hrs. Cialis is a lot easier to dose given longer half-life... but if you get sides they can obviously last longer too.

Just be careful if you are already on a bp med. Although not particularly effective for bp (that was where the ed effects were noticed) as others, it still has some effect.

I do 10mg 5x a week (training days). Any more I get headaches…
