In this event, sublingual works exceptionally well. The onset is very rapid.

As well, you can generally get by with half the dose with equal results.

Been using Cialis for over a year now take 5mg Ed but most weeks i skip a few days.

Have you guys noticed you have to increase Dosage after a while?

Also how many guys who use daily or weekly, take a week or so off to maybe reset the system so the same dose works just a well???

Not sure if the drug works like that but something I've been considering.

I shoot for 10mg 3 times a week.

I try and take a 1-2 month break from it every year.

People ask how my pumps and vascularity are so insane in the gym..i say cialis and they look at me like i am joking.

Have little to share about what 5mg - 15mg does overtime as I can not subjectively note any positives which I can attribute to it. Above 20mg on most days I tend to erect but thats really dependent on my estroidal levels. In theory low dosage should be helping work around prostate enlargement, give you increased pulmonary blood flow (better workouts) and a couple more positives I do not recall. So if you are having to get up and piss many times during the night because of enlarged prostrate I believe the studies show low dose 5mg may be helpful. Some guys do use it preworkout, but I have no idea what dose they require.

It is very expensive in most countries making it prohibitive without insurance. Some guys on here sell it for about $1+ a 20mg dose. By all means, split tabs or dropper and get the low dose close rather then paying for 5mg tabs.

I have been taking 5 mgs of cialis daily for prostatitis side effects and works excellent, totally shrinks the prostate.
No more pee problems and it does help a bit with libido

Yea there is definitely a tolerance build up with it, but it's slow. It's not like caffeine or Xanax where it only takes a couple of days before diminishing returns set it.

ive not seen any tolerance build up. Ive been using 5-10 mgs daily for like 2 years now and have not built up any tolerance. Works just as well as it did day one
