It's funny, I'm on week five also. Same protocol only with ipa instead of ghrp6. But, on 2 x day vs 1 and I'm now off the igf/mgf. But, basically the same overall gist of it.
Weight before: 224 11.5% bf
weight now: 217 9.79% bf
Keep in mind that I was coming off anabolics and was eating sloppy to begin with. In the last week and a half I've tightened up my diet and added in 1 iu of GH to the protocol. My best guestimate is that I've lost a bit of water in addition to the 4.5 lbs of fat or so. I'm still not super lean, but I've liked the results especially considering my effort (which isn't much- lots of work stress, sloppy eating, minimal training etc.).
For the record, my arms are still very nearly the same size as when on the aas if that says anything about muscle retention. Usually I'll lose a full 1/2 inch of volume once the test clears (water weight, blood volume, pump etc.). I'm amazed that I can retain the gains I have coming off a heavy aas cycle. I've been off aas for about 7 weeks or so now. I'm also using s4 at 50 mg/day 5 days per week. I know it's a lot of stuff for being "off" but my whole thing was to prove to myself that a different approach could work to keep gains vs. the whole bridge/cruise/blast thing. Want to still be able to make test in my body naturally for as long as possible!
