I have just hit week 5 on the protocol GenPeps suggested
my specs beforehand
Weight: about 155 before/ about 145 now
Protocol: GHRP/CJC in morning and night in a fasted state... IGF1 pre- workout 30 mins after carb intake
Dosage: 100mcgs-GHRP/CJC (each) 50mcgs IGF1
Workouts: My workouts tend to vary dramatically due to the nature of
MMA; however, i always have morning and afternoon training
consisting of either strength (weights) & cardio, or pure cardio,
or training skills which is probably best classified as anaerobic
with a little cardio
From a bodybuilding standpoint i could have easily packed on some serious muscle and weight if that were my goal; however, i was more interested in reducing body fat and optimizing recovery and injury prevention. Therefore i utilized workouts and a diet that would optimize fat reduction and strength/explosiveness gains as opposed to overall size and bulk. I still experience a great pump and overall sense of well being resulting from the peptides. Also, i tend to have a lot of trouble sleeping and have periods of insomnia; however, after running this protocol i have slept fantasticly every single night for 4 weeks now.
The only before pics i have are disappointingly competition pics as i didnt even think to do before and after shots, but ill attatch them anyways
