CKD - Get your Blood work done

I eat no Animal protein, of course I get some protein from rice, or any carbs for that matter but no meat, once in a blue moon I will add egg whites only to my breakfast. I did not notice any muscle loss at all. In fact since I started the no meat protein and added the humapro I added weight back on.

When I was eating meat and I was trying to figure out why I felt like crap all the time I was weighing about 230-235 and I was using more gear. When I switched to Humapro, and reduced the test I went up to 240 and since I added the IGF I now weigh in at 242 and waist size has not changed and Im still wearing the same shirts etc. Though I feel I have lost the scale and people tell me different. For me it is just getting my mind wrapped around you do not need the high dose or high protein from food to gaining muscle.

More people need to listen to phil and emric when they say you do not need the high protein, high dose gear and we should all add peptides etc. As phil stated everyone that is on is hurting their kidneys maybe not to the degree Phil or myself but none the less your still hurting them..

Which peptides would you recommend? I've run one cycle so far and want to plan a winter "bulk"
 
I feel for ya man...do all u can to stay off dialysis ...im maintaining my muscle mass....but lower body strength is really suffering...id watch ghrp...it really elevates my bp

Plang you may want to look into probiotics for CKD, look up a product call Renadyl

Get Yucked, Im taking peps to help my health so what I take may be different then what you want for a bulking.

Though I can tell you for bulking I liked GHRP6 due to the hunger sides, not everyone gets that side effect but many people do. I would stick with Ergo for your peptide needs.

I take GHRP6 and cjc 1293 w/o dac and IGF.

Not stupid, under 200mg a week. if you add peptides to that you will have great results. Maybe not like a mass monster but none the less great results
 
Just wondering where I could find a good deal on knowledge on peps and what each one does, etc. I literally know nothing about them, other than they exist.
 
I would say just use the search function, there is so much information I would not know where to start.

i ordered the rendryl. what probiotic did you find at whole food, if you don't mind me asking. thanks.
 
It is called OPTIMA from Natures Way it has S therophilus, b.longum and l. acidophilus.....now it also has other probiotic in the blend but it does equal 35 billion so I take two a day vs one. The one that was hard to find in a blend was the s thermophilus.
