Why is this funny? This is an old school technique that has been around for a long time. Squats and milk ftw.
Yeah back in the day this was how alot of guys got big.
Read the book Super Squats, its basically a gallon of milk a day and squatting 3 times a week.
The thing is, the original idea was during time when milk was farm fresh and not homoganized.
