MEAL 1
1 1/2 C oatmeal
8oz chicken
2 tbsp peanut butter
MEAL 2
workout days - 1 1/2 C oatmeal ; 2 scoops protein
non-workout days - 4 whole eggs,3oz chicken ; 3/4 C br rice
MEAL 3
8oz fish
3/4 br rice
1-2 tbsp olive oil
MEAL 4
as 3
MEAL 5
as 3 and 4
MEAL 6
1 C oatmeal
2 scoops protein
2 tbsp peanut butter
AT NIGHT - 1/2 C oatmeal ; 1s protein ; 1 tbsp peanut butter
TOTALS: 350 g protein, 250-300 g carbs, 120-150g fat, about 3700-3900 kcals.
I'm planing to add another 2-3 meals consisting of protein,carbs and fat
GOAL: lean mass gain
Now I'm 1 week after contest at 230 lbs (running 750mg Test E ; 400mg Deca)
How does it look? Any suggestions?
