cleaning receptors? cant get bigger!

how long is enough time to clean out my receptors or give them a break.


i have been on cycle for couple years with out coming off. i usually just switch my gear around and tailor it seasonal like a more cutting cycle in the summer and bulker in the winter.

right now im on 750mg's of sustanon mon, tue, thur i take a deca300 shot on the weekends to with 8iu's of HGH every day.

last summer i got to 265 no prob but this summer for some reason i cant break the 250 barrier. Im 6FT i think on that much gear and hgh i should be bigger. i lost strength and size some how.

i eat pots of pasta and spaghetti every day all day long literally and im easily 400grams of protein a day. now im resorting to pigging out on taco bell 2-3 days a week so i dont understand what happened.

is the growth keeping the weight off me? im assuming my receptors are burnt out or something.


i would like to figure this out soon because i have a dozen hgh kits and humalog coming and a crate of gear. along with som MGF and i dont want to waste all that and not grow. i never had this problem before. i did half that much sustanon before and made it to 280 with out even trying and my bench was over 500. now i can only do 405 maybe 2x's.

Forget that... that's a lot of GH IMO. That must cost a small fortune. You need a break! Are you fairly smooth or tight? Are you sure you are not relying more on the gear than on proper training? I'm not telling you, just asking you. I'd give my HPTA a nice long break. You'll lose some size but you may just find yourself on a routine that's really much more effective. Get on an AGGRESIVE PCT is my advice and reevaluate your supps in 6 months...

I can hear your concern... it may be well founded. Listen to your bod.
 
company i work for sports the bill for all my stuff. they have a direct account with gensci so they get a discount on bulk orders. sport the bill for my gear and supps to so my supply is endless.

my build is tight. think maybe im used to being 280 fat as opposed to 250 built? i been on growth over a year now so maybe that might have something to do with it. my buddies tell me it looks like im still growing but i dont see it. least on the scale it dont show.

i really really am not looking forward to coming off...lol

This is the 2nd thread stating "i cant get bigger"

if you train eat and let your muscles have the proper rest time you will "get bigger" maybe slower then others but beleive me its happening .
 
so maybe i shouldn't come off and change my training routine around? glad you chimed in Vander.

Also,

I will be honest with you guys. I am extremely excited there are so many pro bodybuilders or potential pro's or past pro's on here. I am a member of over 40 bodybuilding sites and i mod on several of them as well as run a board myself.

Never have I ran into any pro's. The majority of the boards dont have them.

I work for this company that is on the up and up. They are going to have an investor with the potential of 30million dollar investment to expand. I been with this company from ground zero acting as the admin and advisory to them as an amatuer bodybuilder.

Im asking for help from one of the pros on this board. I have been searching for what pro's do to be pros. I have done countless research for years but all the info is coming from gym monkey's, wannabe bodybuilders or low level competitors like myself that havn't figured out the formula to make it to the top.

This company is going to be flying me around to the arnold show, mr. olympia and national shows to represent them. If im going to represent them I want to look like i could walk on a stage and sweep it or maybe even pick up a pro card. That way it looks good to them and me.

so please any one that help me that is a pro i need this not for my personal sake but for my job opportunity. i have a complete backing of my company i just dont have the formula to apply to become a pro.
 
oh how nice it would be to be able to grow like you did on your first cycle, but if that was the case, we would see 400lb BBers on stage. I assure you if you are eating and resting like VV stated, you are growing...also, training properly, you will see growth...if your buddies say you are growing, you are growing...you see yourself everyday and even little changes are hard for you to see.
 
Hey LuvMuhRoids you sound like you know what you are doing and talking about. Be careful how much info you put out as their are some pigs who probably look around for that kind of stuff. I dunno maybe I am just to paranoid sometimes but hate to see people get screwd for stupid stuff when their are better things they should be doing on our tax dollars then give out traffic tickets and arrest people of supps. Just a thought if your not worried but interesting threads.MM
 
Often times, once you hit your genetic potential, no matter how well you train, eat, rest or how much drugs you take, you won't grow anymore. Not even slowly. Your body's basically saying "that's it, I'm done. No more". Now it's time to face the music & see reality for what it is & do the best with what you've achieved & try to maintian that. Gentics is everything. You can't fight it.
 
Maybe switch the deca to tren at 150mg eod.

was thinking that to. i know when you train usually you are the last to notice your gains in the mirror because you see youself every day.

i hate to bitch about it just i think maybe i should be a little better built for the grub im eating, training i do, and the ungodly amount of gear i take.

For someone of your size 400g of protein is not enough for bulking. I would say at least 500g ED.
 
what separates an amateur from a pro? GENETICS all the drugs in the world wont make you a pro. eat a ton of good quality food and train your ass off and be PATIENT.

DNP...!

Now I know this may sound a little off the wall...I personally wouldn't do it...but I heard and read something about DNP clearing out your receptors also...I know it's really nothing but bug spray but what I read was froma pretty good read...solid info..
 
I also have to agree with Big O, DNP is wicked for freshining up the receptors and this is from first hand experience. I wasn't giving myself enough time between cycles and started to watch as gains (strength and size) being on the same gear finding it harder to get back to where I was. DNP worked like a hot damn and kept me leaner doing it too. Cheers.
