Clen cycle advice

Hey guys. I just came off a natural bulk and I'm thinking of doing a clenbuterol cycle. As I have 3mg (3000mcg) of clen that my brother got free with test, dbol and the pct he ordered. He planned on giving it away to one of his friends but I asked him to wait as I'm just coming off a natural bulk. I gained 33lbs on my last bulk. I'm at 171lbs with around 15% bodyfat. I want to get as shredded as possible on this cut. I want the leanness and to be shredded like these guys (may come off too small to some of you but yeah)

Also it'd be cool if you guys let me know what other stuff I can add to clen for optimal results and it'd be best if theres any sponsor on this board that sells clen and the other stuff.
 
Your best bet is going to be to cut naturally for awhile- really get your diet dialed in. Once you're getting down in the 10% range and the weight is getting hard to take off, then toss in the clen.

2 weeks on/ 2 off/ 2 on is a good starting place.
Start at 40mcg for a few days to assess sides then bump in 20mcg increments every three days. Personally I don't go over 140mcg per day
 
That is exactly what I was thinking. But my main concern is losing muscle till I get to 10%, I hate catabolism. On my last cut I lost a decent amount of muscle mass, that is one exact reason I want to use clen.

Shouldn't be a problem to cut from 15% down to 10-12% naturally with minimal muscle loss. Keep your protein high and don't go into too much of a deficit. A nice refeed here and there helps too

What do you recommend? We don't get ephedra in my country.
 
Just start with a low dose and see how you handle it. It doesn't bother me at all (stimmed up, shakes etc) but some people hate the feeling

Yeah I guess I'll just go with it. I planned on opening the bottle and start with 20mcg today but I didn't. I guess I'll cut to AT LEAST 11% natty and then go on with clen from there. Is 400 a good deficit or should I go lower?

I think I'll put it all into this cut.

and what else should I take with it?

My age is 18 btw and I'm looking to compete at NPCs.
 
I personally don't taper back down, I've never felt a crash or anything from ending on a high dose

Benadryl or ketotofin can be used on longer cycles, but I wouldn't worry about it on a 2 week on/ 2 off protocol

Don't take it too close to bedtime either it you'll be up all night :D

day 2 40
day 3 60
day 4-5 80
day 6-9 100
day 10-14 120
2 weeks off then repeat

How does that sound? For 12 weks, that's a total of 3 cycles.
 
Looks ok, give it a shot. Get your diet dialed in before you add in clen and you should do well


T3 can eat your muscle if you're not on cycle
 
My maintenance is 2500 calories so I'm gonna be consuming around 2100 with a macronutrient breakdown of C/P/F:131/236/70. Sounds fine?

Also don't I need to get some potassium or something to stop cramps?

More input will be appreciated :)
 
Macros look ok. 500 deficit should lose about a pound per week

Drink a shiit ton of water and try taking 1-2g of taurine 2x a day to battle cramps (banana will help too).
