Alright Im planning to do a 12 week cycle of Clen to cut some BF and then run a cycle or Tbol and test. Im 28 years old and right now I weight about 240. Ive been working out for a few years and recently tore my hamstring and messed up my shoulder so its kept me out of the gym for a few months. I have been getting back into the flow of things now so heres my plan. Any thoughts would be great.
I plan to do 3 weeks ok and 1 week off for 12 weeks. Im planning to run liquid clen.
days one and two I was going to start at 30mcgrms and bump up 10mcgrams every 2 days until I work my way up to 60 and stay at that. Im also going to take 50 mgs benadryl at night.
let me know what you guys think.
should i run a PCT with just the clen or will I be find jumping right into the tbol and test instead.
