i dont understand, from some posts ive read, it dehydrates you? like you reduce water weight with it as well? my brother is on some now, and i am about to try it alone for the first time. hes taking the bulgarian kind 100mcg. he says he has no appetite so i dont know how KIWI eats all day on it.

but, also i heard it helps increase oxygen, which is a good thing im sure? so is it anabolic and should i take it alone to see its effects? or wait a month to add it to my cycle im saving for?
 
Clen is not an anabolic, it's an anti-catabolic. I generally use it between cycles to help retain mass.

ya your goign to lose more water on it for sure, it increases body core tempeture so your losing more, therefore just drink more, take it solo now or not, thats up to you, I would say if your going to do a cutting cycle then wait until you start that, I would do som more research on it also before you start, remeber to run it with 2 weeks breaks off/on, using an eca while not on has helped me, and also clen made me hungry as shit, the more i took the more hungrier i got and i have taken up to 400mcg in a day before, i know kiwi has done 580mcg/day..
 
mineral balance...

If I remember correctly I think clen effects mineral balance and that is why you can experience cramping and water loss....I could be wrong on that but I am almost sure that is what I have read somewhere
