Clen dosage- spread or one dose

Your experience guys- what worked better ? When you take 40mcg no brainer here but when you go with time to 120 mcg do you spread the dose or just take it in one go?

Once I get to 80+ I split the dose

I started at 20mg and everyweek bumped it up by 20mgs. I did this for 5-6 weeks and stopped.

It has a 36-hour half life, so you'll get stable levels with daily administration. I always dose first thing AM starting at 20mcg and titrating up as needed to 80mcg max.

I always split it , 20mcg in the am fasted
When I bump to 40mcg I did 20mcg 12 hr apart , then when I bumped to 60mcg I split it to 8hr apart
If I took over 40 at one dose I felt like shit
