So is this normal? I have always done the 2 On 2 off approach with Clen, but this time I am running it as suggested in Big A article Dieting and Getting Ready for Competition.
So running it straight 9 weeks. Felt it first 10-12 days then stopped feeling it. Adding Ketotifen starting day 15. Now at day 25 I still do not feel the Clen. Is this normal? I am taking 2mg at night before bed. Should I switch or add benadryl? If so how much should I add.
Wasn't sure if i would "feel" the Clen like before.
