Clen question for my Gf

Hey y’all. So my girlfriend wants to give clen a whirl. I’m curious what a good starting dose will be for her? We have a short window for her to run it as she’s a pilot and starting mid April her squadron will be doing quite a few flights. (She won’t fly while taking clen). She’s currently 5’6 135lbs. Her upper body is has become nice and toned. It’s her legs that she wants to melt fat off of. For some reason, even with daily cardio, she can’t shed it. Call it genetics or whatever. Any advice or suggestions are much appreciated.

I always suggest starting on the lower side.....20mcg....if nuttin then bump to 40mcg.... take it from there

Yes that’s what I’d recommend also.

Definitely start low (10-20mcg) she can always increase down the road as her tolerance builds up

Really appreciate it. I’m definitely going to start her on 20mcg and see how she tolerates it. Now for women, is there a different protocol to follow in terms of when to dose? I’m assuming normal morning time before morning cardio?

its a tool used to create thermogenesis....

which is used to assimilate "fat burning"....but without other MORE IMPORTANT
things in place....it wont work...


PM little slice about his DNP protocols....

may be a better option...

O I know it isn’t lol. If it was, that stuff would be wayyyyvmore money and hard to find haha. I have her on a pretty solid diet. She’s doin carb cycling for the nxt two weeks. Macros are on point as well. She’s been making solid progress. I’ll shoot him a PM. I appreciate it bro!!

Does she do fasted cardio?? .. this can rev up fat burn... interval training fasted blasts fat.. I'm a fan of keto cycle to... but yoir asking about clen.. it is a really good fatburner.. just be prepared for palpitations...i also got a twitch in my eye . As clen effects the central nervous system ... she can only try.. everyone's tolerance is different.. x

Good advice here. My GF is national Figure girl. As others said pay close attention to her tolerance to Clen. Most people do get a little hand shakes with out any after effects.
