how much do you guys suggest? and how far out from a show do you start. i was told that when you hit a sicking point in fat loss you kick in the clen. i havent used it for a long time but wanna be so freakin hard that i cant be denied onstage!! any opinions?:cool:

have you alternated between the eca stack and clen. i've read like two weeks on and then alternate. I personally didn't find clen any better than the stack. I think what makes it so effective is just the appetite supressant factor...

120mcg is a good dose. between 9 - 4 weeks before competition.

I used it about 10 weeks out went up to 200mcg and the fat fell off...actually winded up over dieting cause I dropped my carbs to low and it hurt me,,but if I kept my carbs up it would have been real good. my second show whcih was 4 weeks after I was on,,I raised my carbs..

You have to find your own balance with it

Everyone is response different from it...I normally start at 12 weeks out and run it up until the last week...starting at 20mcg and going up every 2 weeks...I run it 5 on 2 off...kinda like pulumbo's idea's...

Front load once you start using it to get into system. Start out first 10 days at 60 mcg. Take two days off, than 80 mcg, another two days off, 80 mcg another two days, 80 mcg another two days off...than repeat this type of sequence but increase 20 mcg after taking 3 consecutive cycles of the same does until you work up to 200 mcg.
So it would look like this:
days 1-10 = 60 mcg
days 11 and 12 = off
days 13 and 14 = 80 mcg
days 15 and 16 = off
days 17 and 18 = 80 mcg
days 19 and 20 = off
days 21 and 22 = 80 mcg
days 23 and 24 = off
increase to 100 mcg on day 25 and 26, and continue following same dosing pattern, etc.

I would start it least 14 weeks out. Just my two cents worth.

I've never used Clen before, can someone describe what it's like? Any bad sides? dangers?

bump to this . i would like to hear more peoples opinions on this protocol .i have never tried it this way but read about before , but without the front loading . what are your thoughts about the more '' traditional '' method , 2 weeks on 2 off etc.. and stacking clen with yohimbine ? or stacking yohimbine with ephedra and caffeeine and asperin during the 2 weeks off of clen ? opinions , experiences ?
