i have a rather different situation than what I have read posted on here. I am a female, 33 who has been training for 3 years, with one year off due to illness. I had a radical hysterectomy. Since now I have no natural hormone production, I put on about 45 lbs. I have been training again, religiously since 3/04. I work out 5 days a week, strength training and then a minimum of 20 minutes of cardio following my workout.

I now use an estrogen patch and began taking a small amount prop every 5-7 days. I have been using clen up to 100 mg per day for the past 2 months with 2 weeks off. It definitely helps, but not enough. I just rec'd some t3 and although I know you don't recommend it, I feel it is a necessity in my case.

My question is this, from what I read, I should begin at no more than 25 mg per day. (my thyroid has been tested and is normal) . While taking the clen, do you have a recommendation as to how I should cycle this, since I have all ready decided to go ahead with it, so I don't screw myself up even more. I know I need to tread with caution.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
 
WEll, I know a lot of women crash when coming off of T3, so if you can prevent that, you will be alright.

I would not do more than 25mcg to start. If I remember right, IABADMAN or PHIL stated a while ago that you should keep your body guessing, so each dosage should be different....20mcgs one day...15 another...25 another and so on.

I've read alot about T3 and have taken it myself, but please take it for no more than 2 week at full strength. You shouldn't just stop it cold turkey the 3rd week break the dose in half for a few days and then half of that until the week is up . You don't want to spend the rest of your life on thyroid meds.
