i have a rather different situation than what I have read posted on here. I am a female, 33 who has been training for 3 years, with one year off due to illness. I had a radical hysterectomy. Since now I have no natural hormone production, I put on about 45 lbs. I have been training again, religiously since 3/04. I work out 5 days a week, strength training and then a minimum of 20 minutes of cardio following my workout.
I now use an estrogen patch and began taking a small amount prop every 5-7 days. I have been using clen up to 100 mg per day for the past 2 months with 2 weeks off. It definitely helps, but not enough. I just rec'd some t3 and although I know you don't recommend it, I feel it is a necessity in my case.
My question is this, from what I read, I should begin at no more than 25 mg per day. (my thyroid has been tested and is normal) . While taking the clen, do you have a recommendation as to how I should cycle this, since I have all ready decided to go ahead with it, so I don't screw myself up even more. I know I need to tread with caution.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
