I have used Clen & T3 in the past with a coach telling me to basically up the dose every week or two but I felt at the end it was on the high side. I am down to 5 weeks until a Contest and haven't used Clen or T3 yet but going to insert it now. Can someone give me a decent protocol to follow that would err on the conservative side of dosing? The past few days I have done 40 mcg each of Clen and T3 as a starting point.
