Clen T3 Protocol - 5 weeks

I have used Clen & T3 in the past with a coach telling me to basically up the dose every week or two but I felt at the end it was on the high side. I am down to 5 weeks until a Contest and haven't used Clen or T3 yet but going to insert it now. Can someone give me a decent protocol to follow that would err on the conservative side of dosing? The past few days I have done 40 mcg each of Clen and T3 as a starting point.
 
Depending on condition id bump the clen every 4-5 days depending on sides as well. I wouldn't go over 100-120mcg. Just bc the sides cease doesn't mean it's not working.

T3 is more tricky and for most 50mcg is all that needed if at all. Usually huskier body types can handle the higher end without risking as much. At the most 75mcg for a short period of time. You won't lose muscle as long as you're not having to do hours and hours of cardio be on a solid does of AAS/gh and your nutrient is dialed in. I'd only recommend it if be behind or using growth.
 
Green hit it on the nose never go above the amount he gave sta always son the lower end and work my way up from there up to the max doses t3 I like to cycle back down till iam off

Honestly it's going to depend on your side effect tolerance (tremors, high heart rate, insomnia, anxiety). And legit Clen is going to cause that even at 20-40 mcg. The T3 is going to increase the exact same sides I would NOT recommend increasing that, or if you aren't hellbent on taking it, don't, add it if you plateau. There's nothing like sides to start the slippery slope to noncompliance with your regimen. Start low and if you are seeing results (same diet, same training, etc.) keep it the same. 20 mcg increments weekly if you plateau, but don't forget the Clen is just the icing on the cake. Manipulate calories, cardio, etc. first and up the dosage last.
