Clen, why do I need Benadryl and should I run a OTC fat burner with it ?

I am preparing for my first MP comp. and there are so many gurus out there. I just wanted to get some advice from you guys on why I need Benadryl and should I run an OTC fat burner with it?

Benadryl or ketotifen will slow down the progression of downregulation (resisitance and tolerance to clen)
If you run an OTC fat burner with it chances are you will speed up downregulation a bit.
I would run Clen Keto or Benadryl 6 weeks with 4 weeks in between of yohimbe hcl. The alternate from there.

Iv never seen any literature that benadryl has the same impact on b2 receptors as keto, I have taken both, I take benadryl low dose year round for sleep and they are very different animals.
