Yes it absolutely works and is a great addition to the end of a diet where your body is not wanting to burn the last bit of fat.
No , it doesn't have the amazing fat loss effects that most people are expecting. Some people think they can be eating in a lifestyle where they are maintained and then add in clen and get shredded , that is absolutely NOT the case.
What I'm saying is if you do it right from what I have read and heard DNP has the best results. I have used clen and ECA stack many many times never had much results. DNP i am too afraid to touch right now at this point but wouldnt rule it out for myself in the future
