I got a ? for you guys. i have been feeding my Gym Rat Clen for about a week now. he has been getting crazy pumps to the point wear his thinks he may have injured the muscle group his is working. Is this normal and ok or is he injuring the muscles do to Dehydration? 1 more thing any feelings on the diff. between liquid clen and the real pharma. stuff?

When I'm on Clen or ECA I make sure I'm properly hydrated. Did your rat take in more than normal amount of water?

He probably just has those damn CRAMPS, like I get, from Clen!

make sure you get plenty of water, and potassium!

He never drank much water before the clen (about .25 Gal ed) And now is drinking about 1-1.5 gal per day prolly not anuff but trying to drink more. All i no is my fat ass rat has lost a noticable amount of fat in a week and half
