Clenbuterol or T3 your personal choice

First off, I would never take either without gear and/or gh/peps. Secondly, why not take both? Below you will find a cutting compound protocol as part of contest prep to be used with gear and/or gh/peps courtesy of our fearless leader, Big A! ;)


Cutting compounds: Use a good ECA product like SyntheBURN twice a day, every day. Use Clenbuterol at 80mcg/day for the first week.
Increase it to 160mcg/d for the second week. The third week you
add 25mcg/d T3. You add another 25mcg/d every week
following that, until you reach 150mcg/d. You stay on
that until the end of the diet. You stay on
Clenbuterol thoughout as well. Yes, you will be
racing! But you will not loose any muscle, so do
not worry about that (as long as you take your protein
in).

I would also add in benadryl 1 tab/night every night for a week every third week to help keep receptors fresh.

I'm more or less natural (by this I mean I have not tried any black market products), but from what I've read, T3 is anabolic. The problem is that many people go too low on calories while on T3. T3 raises your metabolism so much that if you go too low on calories it'll burn through your fat and start going through all of your muscle.

I got all this information from CME.
 
i still to ECY, love the stuff but i definitely add a little more Y.


tried PP's T3 and Clen combo deal but EVERYTHING was bunk so i tossed the whole order out, waste of money IMO.

ManPower Nutrition, a new sponsor on here actually has a ECY+T3 combo they are selling that i think im going to give a try.

the muscle loss rumors on T3 scare me but i just need to keep my protein high
 
Only used clen once but gave me nice little strengh boost. Im not a big user of fat burners. little eca now and then. As long as ive got some test or somthing anticatabolic i let diet do the work, dont find i need much cardio either.
 
Form my personal experience clen/t3 combo is great at burnign fat, but I feel so lethargic on it, that I just want to lay in bed all day. Going to the gym is hell. I take the clen on my off days, since I cant get a decent workout on it. Its not the best protacoal, but its better than nothing.

also ive done eca but only as and when i need it before a workout, no way i could feel normal day to day whilst on ephedrine



As in what did you like most about it?
t3- weightloss, general good feeling, tired whilst tapering up and down though

clen- nothing, shaky hands, nervous, anxious, couldn't workout at all, superfast heartbeat (quite scared at sometimes) and actually gained weight (fat)

Was it effective in burning fat?
t3-yes
clen-normally if i could have worked out, but its just not for me

How long did you take it?
a while ago now but clen 2-3 weeks i think and t3 5+ weeks i think

How much did you do?

T3 100 mcg when fully tapered up clen cant remember, but i still have half a tub and wouldnt touch with a barge poll

Which do you like better?

Any bad sides effects?

i didnt notice anything bad with the t3 no rebound nothing apart from tiredness on the first and last few days

clen was my worst nightmare, it turned me from an outgoing friendly guy into an anxious scared retiring guy :(

eca is ok if you can handle the speed like buzz you get and the shakes, but like i said i wouldnt run it for any length of time, only when i need an extra push in the gym

When I used high dose t3 it cannabalized:Dmy muscle.


You dont need a massive amount for the fat burning effect.
Women do super well on CLEN/T3. My fitness/bikini girls I work with
melt fat off like hot butter with this combo.
You want to try to use it with an AAS cycle if you can when your using
the larger dosages of T3.
 
What about the rumors of T3 blocking some of the good properties in Growth....?

Might I add that I very much do agree that when using eaither you may want to be on some form of anabolic and not starving yourself.

And another curve ball in the game.....What about someone who is already taking T4 and has NO THYROID?

Im sure something like this has been asked before but I wanted to ask the question my way, Thanks in advance!

I have ran into both and figured I would ask everyone here their experiences with clen or T3.

As in what did you like most about it? i ran both. lots of fat burning, lots of energy

Was it effective in burning fat? very

How long did you take it?a couple of months on end... 3.5-4 months i think

How much did you do?started at 50 mcg T3 and 80 mcg clen (i think) and built up to 180 mcg T3 and 320 mcg clen

Which do you like better?i love both... If i had to choose one only, i'd say T3 only because of the sides for the first 2-3 days when increasing the clen dose.

Any bad sides effects? increased heart rate while working out... increased resting heart rate, but I don't feel it much.

t3 for me...for some reason i seem to hold onto mass in general(not all muscle) fairly easily...on 150mcg now with a good amount of aas..loving it...went fom 235-212 in about 6 weeks havent lost any strength
