Will clen actually increase aerobic, and or anaerobic out put? Would the doses be similiar or lower than for weightloss? Say to help performance in events such as running, grappling, boxing?
bro it totally kills your endurance when it comes to grappling or striking. I tried to use it a couple times when I was fighting and id go from fight shape to gassed in 1 minute...even on smaller doses
that stuff is terrible for endurance like the poster above said. It raises your resting heart rate quite a bit. So your heart is stimulated to pump faster even when at rest. Not the thing you want to do to increase your endurance. Take too high of a dose of that stuff and watch out, your heart will feel like its going to beat through your chest.
