I won't lie with clen pretty much like any drug I have taken I have definitely abused and had the mind set if a little is a good thing ALOT is a GREAT thing... so i have taken doses of clen upwards of 80-100mcg 3x a day but even at taking just 40mcg 2x a day i still get the bad muscle cramps and very jittery... just doesn't agree with me I guessI concur.
Too much hate on clen.
Folks are not admitting the dosage.
start at the low dose and ramp up depending on how you respond to it, taurine and potassium! a must its not always fun doing abs at the gym and getting a Major cramp when you bend over to get a drink at the water fountain
works alright but it no miracle drug. lots of cardio. all i got was some shakes with it

My first time using it and im just starting on 40mcg on waking.
Nice and low...not feeling much from it but im gonna run with ketoifen too...so i can run it longer.
When my weight loss stops ill probs up it so 40mcg twice a day
