works alright but it no miracle drug. lots of cardio. all i got was some shakes with it

clen is one thing that only takes a little.

I won't lie with clen pretty much like any drug I have taken I have definitely abused and had the mind set if a little is a good thing ALOT is a GREAT thing... so i have taken doses of clen upwards of 80-100mcg 3x a day but even at taking just 40mcg 2x a day i still get the bad muscle cramps and very jittery... just doesn't agree with me I guess
 
start at the low dose and ramp up depending on how you respond to it, taurine and potassium! a must its not always fun doing abs at the gym and getting a Major cramp when you bend over to get a drink at the water fountain :eek:
 
Yeah i don't know why so many people on PM hate clen so much....

It's just like any other drug we take...start low dosage and build your way up....of course if you hop on 120mcg you are going to feel like shit and shakey as hell...that's expected.


I love clen. Stronger than EC and a damn good fasted cardio stim....i switch between ECY 2 weeks and Clen 2 weeks.
 
I got nothing but love for it.

From researching it with peptides to being used with AAS for cutting it is one of the greatest products out there.

Just go up slowly, they are some really strong stuff out there, and you'll be fine. If you jump up to fast you will have a very tough hours as you will not be able to write or to even type.

I wish I knew how to do this.low dose then ramp up , I'm clueless
.... I really have no clue and think I'm going to pull the trigger in clen.
 
lol i can shARE a bad experience.
let me explain,ive never taken it.
but an ex of mine tried it...low dose,she was gonna ramp it up slowly...
couple a nights later i wake in the middle of the night and im like what the fuck is that noise?clicking sound.really fast.
it was her heart.she was justlayin there wide awake.
i felt so bad because i talked her into trying it.
she stopped taking it.
if i had to guess id say her heart rate was 180bpm.

Nice and low...not feeling much from it but im gonna run with ketoifen too...so i can run it longer.

When my weight loss stops ill probs up it so 40mcg twice a day

40mcg is my dosage.
 
I like clen and find it very effective at burning fat. However it also makes me flat and feel small (but vascular as fuck) might try s low dose of 40mcg last 2 weeks of this cut. Using tren and gh and diet real tight, ,even doing s little cardio so don't need much assistance

This is my first time using it and I've been doing 50mcg for a week, 100 for a week, and 150 for a week and then taking two weeks off. I haven't really noticed any sides. No cramps. BP is okay. Felt a little jittery on the first day of each dosage, but nothing bad at all. Got it from CEM.
