Whats the deal with this stuff. I've never tried it. From what I understand it works much like ephedra and does not have any hormonal effects. I've come across some and i am planning on saving it for the spring (shirt off/beach season) to add to my cardio and dreaded on season diet. So whats the word? Dosage: how much? how often? and any side effects that I should be concerned with?
 
ephedra IMO works just as well... if not a tab better... as far as clen sides... .jitters and destruction of heart muscle tissue..... do a search in medline or something like that and you'll see its been very documented

i'd stick with ECA
 
in my opinion, from personal use, it's more powerful than an ECA stack...I felt I could almost see the fat melting off me...the side effects were a bit more to bear, though -- headaches, jitters...when getting ready for a comp. I usually alternate between ECA and clen, 2 weeks for each
