Clenbuterol

I'd rather use low dose dnp. I used to tolerate clen fine but it seems to give me killer headaches and muscle cramps every time I try it now.

We’ve also recently learned on here that Reta > Clen. 😂

I love clen and it always has been and always will be a part of bodybuilding IMO. Like any other compound some guys will tolerate it and others won’t. As well more is not better.

Do you think clen has significant cardio vascular risks such cardiac hypertrophy if used for shorter stints like 6 weeks. Just asking as you seem to have a lot of knowledge in this regard

In responsible usage for 6 week periods I don’t have a concern with it. I’ve used a lot of clen over my years and only have mild LVH- which came from high BP in my 20’s. I’ve used it the heaviest in the past 5 years of being back in this sport serious and that hasn’t gotten worse based on testing results from my cardiologist.

But I will add that I only use pharma clen, start at 20mcg which I stay at for a while and then work up to cycling 60/40/60mcg max when I cut or do a prep. I don’t see any need for more than that, but know guys who run double that. IMO that’s where you create those risk, as well when you don’t keep BP under control and supplement with magnesium and taurine.

also you can dose nebivolol at low dosage 5mg ie, to offset going to high in heart rate. Its also synergistic with clen and keeping it safer.
 
It’s one of those things you’ll have to try and see for yourself, just start low at 20mcg.

It’s highly effective, but I hate clen personally. I get the shakes, tremors, heart palcipations (even at low doses), gives random anxiety that you otherwise wouldn’t have (just my personal experience), massive increase in sweating

It works though for fat loss. The sides just suck.
 
Some have the idea that it could be worth running in the baskground indefinitely, just as an adjunct mild partitioning agent/mild anabolic and they point to all the asthmatic using them for decades. 'Sides' subside with time too.

I don't know but sounds pretty reasonsble.
 
I like it a lot.

Does it have anabolic or anti-catabolic properties in humans? No.
Can it help liberate fate stores when in a deficits, yes.
Is it needed in anything but prep conditions? No, not IMO.

I often take 40mcg for months on end partly for fat loss, but even more so because it does wonders for my asthma.
Because I am on beta-agonists all the time it induces no stimulant-like sides for me.
 
Clen+ caffeine+ yohimbine HCL pre fasted cardio is my go to. Always is effective.

I will say that these days my clen dose usually tops out at 60mcg. Many many years ago I used up to 100-120 and I fee it's just not needed. I start the yohimbine at 2.5mg and titrate up each week by 2.5 and usually top out at 15mg

I didnt know ECA dick was an actual thing. Fuck an A, how much ECA did you take?
 
I run 20mcg twice a day for a couple weeks then up it to 20mcg 3 times a day for a couple weeks, etc etc until I get to the dose I want to be at. Keeping my dosing at 20mcg at a time helps me tolerate it better and split my dosing a few hours apart

That doesn’t screw your sleep? I mean it has a long half life but seems to peak in 4-6 hours

It doesn’t. I do mine like this to prevent that.
20 when I wake up, another 20 a few hours later. I’ll do that for a couple weeks until the “stimulating effects” wear off. I’ll normally up to every couple weeks, in 20mcg doses until I get to 60/80 mcg a day. Split up every few hours throughout the day.

This wrecks my sleep. I get up super early and take it all right out of bed and then will use Ketofin before bed to try to keep sleep quality and recovery up.

Some days I’ll even sub albuterol for it since it has a shorter half life and can drop it in pre fasted cardio.
