Matt is a great and very friendly individual. When I found out he wanted to give BB shot, I wasnt too surprised since he has a great physquie as it is (not the typical PL). But I have seen the work you have done with others on EFTS and I do not blame Matt for wanting your help.

Great work, but he still looks like he feels uncomfortable..lol..but hes ripped.

His raw strength is great, but his record is equipped.

His strength is down a bit in the bench and squat but holding pretty well everywhere else. I know he did 11 reps on 300lb dumbbell rows the other day.
