The "before" pic is from when we started working together last fall, and the current pic is from today, 7 weeks out of his first bodybuilding show.

He's used some prohormones, but that's it.

I think it was Sonny and Cher that once sang the song "and the beat rolls on" not exactly sure.....but one thing that I am sure off, these great transformations under your guidance continue to roll on. Another great effort my friend.

Probably very top of the light heavyweights, he was 209 this morning.

Man im really impressed that a lot of your clients who were pretty damn fat got so lean with still keeping tight skin. IS there a secret you have for this or is that just genetics. Usually fat people once they got really fat have a hard time getting that "tight" hard look even if they get really lean.

I make sure my clients maintain (or add) muscle while dieting. That plays a huge role in how things end up looking when they are leaner.

I've had some clients that had issues with loose skin though.. one guy started at like 480 and got down to about 220.

LOTS of loose skin there.
