Great job Phil. Ya know it just pisses me off so much that I have told more than a few of the local guys here about what you could do for them and they just won't follow through........oh well , their loss.

I recommended Phil to a friend of mine...within a month of working with Phil, not only was he looking better and getting stronger, but be was completely off his blood pressure meds and within the normal range!
