cloudy igf-1

i just reconned my igf-1 with ba. I've done this 3 or 4 times with no problem. This time i did my best job yet of letting the liquid go down the wall and not directly in the powder.

After doing this the powder didn't beak up at all. I swirled gently then eventually i was shaking and it would begin to break up, but then it would come back together as a solid. I left in the fridge and then tried to swirl a few times and it continued happening the same. Left in the fridge over night twice doing the same thing. It was still solid, then clumpy then back to solid.

The igf was from a board sponser.

wtf is going on?

contact your supplier if you havent already, sorry best i could do, i ordered mgf once and it was stuck to the bottom of the vial like glue, my supplier sent out another one after a couple questions no problem.

Topics like this were discussed many years ago (4-5) when IGF first rose on the market. The first one being IGF reconstituted with benzyl alcohol (GroPeps brand). Then many people started obtaining Chinese generic IGF lyophilized (powder form). At that time most people were having problems with their Chinese version IGF because they were mixing it with benzyl alcohol (B.A.). Because of the binders/fillers in Chinese generic IGF the solution would turn cloudy then clump up. Chemists then got wise. As the months/years went on most everyone knew then and now that acedic acid is the BEST way to stabilize Chinese IGF. Gropeps solution in B.A. is made completely different than the Chinese IGF.

Now, some may say that they had/have great success with reconstituting Chinese IGF with B.A. This may be true, depending on what binders/fillers are used during the manufacturing. There are so many Chinese IGF's out on the market today that some WILL mix with B.A. but most won't.

Rp I would like to say i think you are right about reconstitution but as far as cloudiness being related to binders and or fillers I would have to say you have gotten some bad info, I could be wrong but I have reason to believe that igf-1 lr3 is what it is, and what it isnt, only because of a specific amino acid profile. my two cents take it or leave it.

Im up for any additional info. Elaborate on this, if you would, and specify why you think it's the amino make up rather than binders. You're right, I may be wrong and I'd love to hear more on this (although it isnt as important as it was years ago, nevertheless, I still would like to hear others' input)

Well, Its been very hard to find a direct to the point source of "how to information" on peptide hormone synthesis but its to my understanding that they are made using a complicated series of enzymes designed to cleave off all unnecessary peptides and fuse all that are needed together, a process very similar to how the human body produces them, so whether its is chinese or ukrainian lgf-r3 you will be left with the same product, because it is the same process. Im still looking for more indepth info. I wonder if those batches of cloudy lgf-r3 were not just baking soda passed off ass hormones, i know of a company that is still trying to hawk icing sugar passed off as lgf-r3, and thats in north america
