Clubbing of the fingers, serious problem?

Okay so I have clubbing of the fingers but also for as long as I remember they have been that way. I recently learned via my nursing program that clubbing is often a sign of serious liver, lung, or heart problem. I have zero other symptoms. I workout and do cardio just fine and work on my feet in a fast paced environment for 7-13 hours at a time. Any insight? I honestly think its a skin condition from biting my nails my whole life. i obviously cant get blood work or liver values done.

Yes you can get your liver tested. Here in Houston, we have Anylab Test clinics where you walk in, pay your money, and get any test you want. One test will probably cost you $100 (Cost me $100 today to have my estrogen tested today). No social security numbers or anything like that. Just get tested and in 2-3 days they email you the results. Get tested.

I have a follow up question for anyone who knows. Can clubbed fingers be reversed? Or is it something that happens when there is an underlying issue, but then you fix the issue and they remain clubbed?
