75 min per day cardio
training is tough, but its going
havent felt too much strength loss
starting to increase wv to 100 per day.
just got an eliptical for 0$; precor, relatively new, looks to be @ 100 or so miles. foot pedals were not really dirty when i wiped them down. lucky find on facebook
will do the additional 45 min each night since now its too dark outside too early
