CNS over training

I over train my CNS very easily. This leads to rapid heart beat, insomnia, problems sleeping & catching a cold. I have to tread a fine line between training hard & not pushing it too much, since this will lead to CNS problems. I don't have problems with over training my actual muscles, mainly my CNS. Is there anything drug or supplement I can take to help this. I really want to be able to push myself more & not be so susceptible to CNS over training problems.

I really don't know. My initial thoughts are that some of the Smart Drugs (nootropics) may help. Hopefully Brooklynjuice will read this and can chime in.

try 3-4g vit c

I already take a boat load of vitmains & anti oxidants, taking in 5-6g vitamin C a day. 1g with each meal.

well you're training too much, as in too many days per week. thats my opinion only though. i was on cycle not too long ago and did mon-fri and felt fine, i wanted to do even more exercises and sets, i even did 6 days cardio in the morning (training afternoon). but now that im coming off, i can only do 4 days per week and i lowered my cardio to a few days per week. are you on cycle? i know that i cant train the same on and off.

The problems you describe is overtraining. Either your diet and/or training is off. I cannot see how you can conclude systematic microtrauma induces CNS burnout and can somehow seperate that from your physical being. Doesnt work like that.
