As others have said you are way overthinking this. You’re not Pablo Escobar. The Feds aren’t watching your gmail account. This isn’t Narcos “gear addition”.I'm bumping this.
Does ANYONE have a coach that uses at least encryption on their email? In this day and age it would just be moronic to communicate about this without at least that very easy and basic level of protection? I simply can't take the risk of doing this without protection, it doesn't make sense.
That being said, I'd still like a coach and am coming up on the d-day time again to have one before either trying it all myself again or just not competing.
Coaches are PERFECT targets to rollup a bunch of people if they're not even using encrypted email.
BUT to answer your question- most have disclaimers in their emails or signed agreements. And the stuff you’re referencing is discussed in encrypted messenger platforms and apps.
