Jamie and I have been playing around with different fat sources, trying to get a little more variety in our offseason diets. I made this today and thought it was great.
Heat 1.5 tbsp coconut oil in pan. Add 1.25 cups cooked rice and 8oz chopped cooked chicken breast. Add garlic powder, ginger, chili powder, black pepper to taste. Add a dash of soy sauce and fry up that deliciousness.
50g protein, 50g carbs, 25g fat. 625 calories.
