The higher the MCT content, the higher the % of the total coconut oil the intestine can directly take up. (in your case, theoretically 62%)
Aside from the MCT content, the rest of the fat content gets delivered and packaged via the lymphatic system accordingly. Like any other fat source.
coconut oil is nice, but it ain't magic. If you aren't readily using the energy, it will get packaged and stored like anything else.
