I just recently bought some of this and it is some good stuff. I got the vitamin shoppe brand to see what this stuff has. I have been using it when I make egg omelets. I saw a guy on tv raving about it saying he says he is improving his memory and he take 5 servings a day. He whipped out a tablespoon, took a scoop and ate it. I did this same thing before posting. It doesn't have much a taste to it. A bit oily but not disgusting at all. I plan to experiment with it and see how it affects my health.

I keep my head bald so I am dreading it causing my hair to grow faster. I want to keep a bald head.
