I agree with tenny.
Caffeine is a moderate inhibitor of mTOR. But, insulin is a much greater stimulator to mTOR than Caffeine inhibits. IMO, its not an issue if you have a pre-workout protein/efa or protein/high GI carb supplement. I do 1 scoop cold-filtered whey isolate + 10g MCT oil for both pre & intra-workout. Coffee is my morning potion of motion...
