I was on the phone with coinbase support last night until 4:00 a.m. spoke with no less than 9:00, probably 11:00 Representatives.
Representative #7 or so tells me there's a hold on a transfer until the night when that transfer will go through. I tell her the value of the Bitcoin in the account will not cover that transfer what happens if the value is below? She repeats the same damn thing that the transfer will go through on the 9th. (And also hangs up on me)
The second to last representative I speak with maybe number 11 maybe number 10, tells me that if the value of the Bitcoin in my wallet is less than the transfer it will come back as insufficient and not go through. The last girl I speak with sounded like she was in her living room at home accepting inbound phone calls.
Every single person I spoke with said there is no supervisor available to take phone calls and if we got disconnected they will attempt to reach me however they do not make outbound phone calls. So what are they gonna do? Attempt to contact me with hopes and dreams and wishes?
Not to mention I go to add $10 in Bitcoin from my bank account I get a message saying insufficient funds. Which isn't true obviously because they charged me a transaction fee twice. How can you charge me a transaction fee when the account has insufficient funds supposedly? (Which it didn't)
I'm amazed this Coinbase company is allowed to function like this this is straight up theft, fraud, a deceptive practices.
