Apparently another big spot is Panama where Rogan had Mel Gibson and I believe Neil Riordan on a few years back. I am in San Diego the last 6mos and will be looking at options over the boarder as well...but would probably elect the other places mentioned if I pull the trigger or have a family member do it.

I heard Riordan and others say that stem cell wasn't really too effective for lower back injuries just yet and not to expect great things in regards to disc problems (herniations, bulges, etc). Don't want to be a downer but that's what i've heard. I've looked into it for myself so it was disappointing to hear that. Maybe someone has heard different?
